Making a last-lap pass entering Turn 3, #21-Austin Hill won the United Rentals Driven to Serve 250 O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Naval Base Coronado. It is his first career road-course victory, and his second triumph of the 2026 season.
#54-Taylor Gray led a race-high 16 laps, but wheel-hopped on the final lap en route to a runner-up finish. #00-Sheldon Creed, #1-Carson Kvapil and #8-Sammy Smith rounded out the top five. Gray nudged Kvapil from the lead with three laps remaining but both remained inside the top five.
#2-Jesse Love placed sixth, with #99-Parker Retzlaff, #87-Austin Green, #24-Harrison Burton and #17-Corey Day completing the top 10. Day lost four laps early in the race after hitting a manhole cover but was allowed to pass the field back in order to get back on the lead lap.
#21-Hill won the opening stage, with #54-Gray taking Stage 2.
There were 10 lead changes among five drivers and eight cautions for 17 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 58.313 mph.

Lap 10: #87-Green nudged #00-Creed entering Turn 5, dropping Creed three positions to ninth spot. #21-Hill and #41-Mayer have passed #96-Alfredo, dropping to fifth position.
Lap 10: The race is back to green with #19-Crews jumping out to the lead. #99-Retzlaff clears #96-Alfredo for second position. #21-Hill and #1-Kvapil are side-by-side for fourth position.
Lap 9: #17-Day made up all four laps and the field is coming to the choose to restart the race.
Lap 7: Engines have been re-fired. #7-Allgaier pits for two rear-shock changes. #20-Jones and #32-Patterson also hit pit road. #17-Day is being allowed to pass the field to unlap himself and get all four laps back.
Lap 6: #17-Day has re-entered the race and is credited as being four lap down.
Lap 5: After nearly 20 minutes under caution, the red flag has been displayed. #17-Day can continue working on the car despite the red flag coming out. NASCAR is checking all the covers around the track and found a loose cover in Turn 6 to weld.
Lap 2: A welder has come out to repair the cover for the race to continue.
Lap 1: The first caution is out for fluid on the track coming from #17-Day. He ran over a manhole cover that centerpunched the radiator.
Lap 1: #19-Crews launches out of the restart zone with the lead. #21-Hill tagged the wall on the exit of Turn 1 but remains in fourth position.
