Race Rundown

#98-Grant Enfinger faced a must-win situation at Martinsville Speedway in order to qualify for the Championship round next week. Despite being involved in multiple run-ins, he held on following a restart two laps from the finish and won the NASCAR Hall of Fame 200 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race on Friday night. The win was his first at Martinsville, fourth of the year, and the sixth of his career.
Next week at Phoenix Raceway, the Truck Series will conclude its season and crown a champion. Enfinger will face off against #2-Sheldon Creed, #23-Brett Moffitt, and #21-Zane Smith for the championship. Creed and Moffitt also won races in the Round of 8 to secure their spots, while Smith finished third and moved on based on points.
#99-Ben Rhodes (finished second), #88-Matt Crafton (finished 5th), #26-Tyler Ankrum (finished 12th), and #16-Austin Hill were eliminated from Playoff contention at Martinsville. Hill was scored 35th after suffering an engine failure.
Rhodes, Smith, #18-Christian Eckes, Crafton, #52-Stewart Friesen, #30-Danny Bohn, Creed – who started from the pole and led 65 laps – #22-Austin Wayne Self, and #19-Derek Kraus were the top-10.
There were 16 lead changes among 9 drivers and 11 cautions for 82 yellow flag laps.
#2-Creed won stage 1. #52-Friesen won stage 2.
The average speed of the race was: 52.403 mph.
