ORIGINAL POST 3-12-2021: A plane operated by Victory Air had to return to Statesville Regional Airport Friday morning after it reported a loss of oil pressure.
Victory Air is used by a variety of NASCAR teams when traveling to races.
There has been no information provided as to who was on the plane at the time.
Victory Air planes would stop in Tulsa to re-fuel on way to Phoenix. As this report states, loss of oil pressure resulted in return to airport.
