Ryan Newman won an ARCA race for the 2nd time in three tries, winning at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday in the #27 ALLTEL Ford owned by Penske Racing. Newman is rumored to be moving to the BGN or maybe even Cup in 2001 with Penske(8-28-2000)
