Grant Enfinger wins a nail-biter in Gander Trucks opener at Daytona: DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Grant Enfinger held off charging Jordan Anderson on the final lap of overtime Friday night at Daytona International Speedway to win the NextEra Energy 250 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race by .010 seconds.(More)(2-14-2020)

#98-Grant Enfinger won the NextEra Energy 250 NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series race at Daytona International Speedway Friday night, holding off a charging #3-Jordan Anderson. The win is his first win at Daytona and third career win.
Anderson finished a career-best 2nd, trailing Enfinger by just 0.010 of a second, providing the closest finish in Truck Series history at Daytona.
#9-Codie Rohrbaugh, #19-Derek Kraus, #44-Natalie Decker, #16-Austin Hill, #13-Johnny Sauter, #40-Ross Chastain, #2-Sheldon Creed, and #33-Jason White followed in the top-10.
With her fifth place finish, Decker now holds the best finish by a female in Truck Series history.
Pole winner #51-Riley Herbst finished 12th after winning Stage 1. Stage 2 was won by #98-Enfinger.
There were 15 lead changes among 7 drivers and 5 cautions for 26 yellow flag laps.
There was also a red flag period early in the event, on lap 17, following a 9-truck accident that left #45-TY Majeski on his roof. He climbed from the truck unhurt.
The exciting finish between Enfinger and Anderson came courtesy an overtime battle. Following cleanup for a wreck that involved a dozen trucks, Enfinger led the way for the restart. He held off a charge from #40-Chastain, but Chastain got high and fell out of contention, allowing #3-Anderson to take the lane and make his challenge.
The average speed of the race was: 127.319mph.
