Hmm..where did I hear this before?: “Roger Penske’s NASCAR team may be in for a major change if Don Miller, its general manager, retires at the end of the season. Penske, who owns majority interest in the team, may put Jay Signori or Jon Erickson in charge of the operation next season, according to sources. Signori, a long time Penske man, has run the International Race of Champions for years. Erickson, Pontiac’s former racing manager, is running Felix Sabates’ three-car team this season.
