NASCAR Winston Cup driver Joe Nemechek and Team SABCO owner Felix Sabates have reached an agreement which will take them into the new millennium. Originally, Nemechek’s contract was valid through the end of the 1999 racing season. However, the new three-year arrangement has the BellSouth driver signed with Team SABCO through the year 2001.
