Sporting the new sponsor’s colors, the newly built Busch machines will be piloted by Mike Garvey, LaFavre Racing Teams’ ASA driver for 1999. Garvey’s previous BGN experience includes setting fast time in testing at Daytona International Speedway, and an eighth-place finish at Orange County, NC.
