Hearing Joe Bessey has cut down on the number of BGN races he will run in 1999. He won’t be racing at Vegas(3-2-1999) – Bessey has decided to do this to better concentrate on his duties as a Winston Cup team owner(#60). Bessey’s BGN team will focus on a limited schedule for the remainder of the season.
