Bobby Labonte will not drive in any more BGN races during the 1999 and has withdrawn as the driver of the #18 MBNA Pontiac. It is still undecided whether they Joe Gibbs will find a replacement driver for races later this year, and the JGR MBNA Pontiac was withdrawn from the California BGN entry list(bobbylabontefans.com) From what I hear is that Labonte does not wish to risk injury while running for the Cup championship.(4-30-1999)
