As reported here off and on for the last year or so, Bill Davis Racing will have a 2nd Cup full time team in 2000. The #93 Amoco team with driver Dave Blaney and crew chief Gil Martin will move up from the BGN ranks. The #93 Amoco Ultimate Team 93 and driver Dave Blaney will test its Winston Cup cars at Michigan Speedway next Monday and Tuesday(May 17-18) in preparation for its first WC start at the two-mile oval June 13. Blaney will also enter the Cup events at New Hampshire in July, Indianapolis in August, and Miami and Atlanta in November as the team gears up for a full Winston Cup season in 2000(Bill Davis PR)
