Whether or not I run it depends a lot on how this year goes. As of today, we are planning to run 5 Cup races next year”( www.adampetty.com ) — UPDATE: Adam Petty is reportedly going to reassess his attempt to run five Winston Cup races in 2000. Petty Enterprises built a Cup car for the teenage future star but some recent tough outings have he and father Kyle looking at slowing down the speed of his trip to Winston Cup.
