Ricky Hendrick, the 19-year-old son of Hendrick Motorsports mogul Rick Hendrick, will make his debut in the #24 Gordon-Evernham Monte Carlo at Milwaukee on July 4. Hendrick will also run at Myrtle Beach and Gateway and two additional events(SpeedVision/Sparky Plug). No idea if Pepsi will be the sponsor, was told that Pepsi was only for the Gordon runs(5-5-1999) – UPDATE 1: Ricky Hendrick will drive a limited number of races in the Gordon-Evernham Motorsports Chevrolet. The primary sponsor on the car will not be Pepsi (Pepsi is only the primary sponsor for Gordon’s BGN events). DuPont will sponsor Hendrick’s events.
