Six truck teams tested at Daytona today. The three I saw on RPM2Nite were the #50 and #2 Fords and the #43 Dodge. Rumor has it the CTS will race in Daytona next July(9-13-1999) – UPDATE: Also saw that the #24 and #1 trucks there, Trucks at Daytona in February or July? We’ll see(9-14-1999) – UPDATE: The trucks testing were the #’s 50,2,43,1,24,60. I hear they will run the trucks February, not July, and that the trucks ran very fast, 192+ mph in the draft with test motors. Expect NASCAR to slow the trucks down, with aero or retrictor plates(9-17-1999)
