from NOL – Dave Marcis closed the second practice of the day by spinning off Turn 4 and impacting the wall with his Realtree Chevrolet. The car was damaged badly enough that Marcis declined to present the car for Bud Pole Qualifying. He will be forced to qualify the car in Bud Second-Round Qualifying on Saturday morning.
