UPDATE: hearing the following Dr Pepper will be in racing this year and next year but not with Washington/Erving is unofficial gone. Supposedly, Tony Roper will be the driver of the new team. Roper also was the driver of the #50 WEM car(6-24-2000)
UPDATE 3: hearing that Roper is talking to a few teams about driving for them in a handful or possibly the remaining BGN races in 2000. Those deals Roper is working on don’t include bringing DrPepper as sponsor. Roper hopes to announce his future plans by mid week(6-27-2000)
