The who’s who of Motorsports have joined the BurnOut WEAR Team. From NASCAR: Dale Earnhardt, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Dale Jarrett, Mark Martin, Bobby and Terry LaBonte, Bill Elliott, and Ricky Rudd. From NASCAR Busch Series: Mike McLaughlin. From NHRA: Kenny Bernstein and John Force, along with the driver’s from WOO, that include “The Dude” Danny Lasoski and from DIRT “Barefoot Bob” McCreadie. With many more drivers to come. The company is known as BurnOut WEAR LTD. after the nature of the product and manufacturing process. Development of the process began in 1994, with a patent granted in 1997. The patent provides a garment which is integrally bonded to a portion of a race car tire. The Trademark “BurnOut WEAR” has been filed by Wyatt Earp IV in the U.S. patent and Trademark Office and the “BurnOut” image has been filed for copyright protection in the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress.
