Ricky Hendrick was released after being diagnosed with a mild concussion when his #24 GMAC Chevy hit the wall with 14 laps to go in Saturday’s BGN race at Rockingham. But as a precautionary measure, Hendrick will be kept out of the season-ending NASCAR Craftsman Truck event at the California Speedway. The team will not run a replacement driver in Hendrick’s place, running just the single truck for Jack Sprague(SpeedVision)(10-23-2000)
