Crew Members Family in Flood: John Dillon, who normally hauls the fuel cans from pit road to the fuel pumps and back for Mike Skinner’s team during Winston Cup races, isn’t at the track this weekend. Dillon is in his hometown of Anawalt, W.Va., helping his family and their neighbors recover from flooding that hit the town last weekend. His grandmother nearly drowned in the floodwaters and is still in the hospital. Employees at Richard Childress Racing collected money along with clothes, bedding, food and other supplies for the flood victims this week. Dillon left the shop Wednesday, taking a truck and trailer full of supplies with him. (That’s Racin’)(7-13-2001)
