Sad News: NASCAR official, Ray Judy, passed away Wednesday afternoon at approximately 4:30pm. At his bedside were his loving wife Donna and his supportive family. Ray will be dearly missed by family, friends and the racing community. We all extend our prayers to the family for strength.
