DEI Tests at Kentucky: DEI tested a pair of Cup cars at Kentucky Speedway on Wednesday, Oct. 31. Michael Waltrip, in the #15 NAPA Chevy, and Kenny Wallace, in the #1 Pennzoil Chevrolet, rarely left their driver’s seats while working over their machines on Kentucky’s 1.5 mile tri-oval during the day-long test. “We’re trying to find out some things, ” a busy Wallace said.
