New #77 Assoc Sponsor: Liberty Life Insurance, based in Greenville, SC, will serve as an associate sponsor for the Mooresville, N.C.-based #77 Jasper Motorsports Ford team of Winston Cup driver Dave Blaney this season. Jasper Engines is the team’s major sponsor. Liberty Life is supporting the team’s racing program through its RBC term insurance. Company vice president Nancy Olson said the program is designed to introduce the term life program to new customers. “The racing enthusiasts are a very loyal customer base,” Olson said. “It’s very much the same target market that is attracted to our product.” The company also will be the title sponsor of the Feb. 23 BGN race at North Carolina Speedway.
