#10 Scott Riggs won the Charter Pipeline 250 at Gateway International Speedway on Saturday, his first win of the 2003 season. #37-David Green was 2nd, followed by #57-Jason Keller, #5-Brian Vickers and #25-Bobby Hamilton Jr. David Green takes over the points lead by 5 over #92-Todd Bodine, who finished 11th.
