Casey Mears told Catchfence on Friday that he will be returning to Braun Racing later this season. He said while the team is still looking for sponsorship, the team is still currently talking to Microsoft, the company that sponsored Mears at Lowes and Dover. Mears, who won his first ARCA race on Saturday at Michigan did say that the team will be defintley going to Chicago and he will be the driver. After Chicago, Casey mentioned that if sponsorship can be worked out that he will be driving the #19 in the companion events with the NASCAR Winston Cup Series.(Catchfence via BGNRacing.com)(6-16-2003)
