Lynch in the #59 at Phoenix and Homestead:

NASCAR Grand National Division, West Series 2003 Champion Scott Lynch will pilot the #59 HT Motorsports Dodge at the upcoming NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events at Phoenix International Raceway and Homestead-Miami Speedway. “I am really pleased to be able to run in this two prestigious events,” said Lynch, who will be making his fourth and fifth appearance in the Craftsman Truck Series. “I ran last year at Miami and finished 12th. While I have never run a truck at Phoenix, I have taken two wins, set a new track record and earned a Pole there in the West Series. I certainly appreciate Jim Harris (team owner) and Dodge giving me this opportunity and I am looking forward to bringing home a good finish for them.”
“Scott Lynch is definitely an up and coming young talent,” says Scott Richter, Dodge Truck Program Manger. We are happy to be able to provide him with some seat time in the Truck Series and feel that he will do an excellent job for us. In addition to running at Miami, Lynch has also competed in the #61 Orleans Dodge at Las Vegas Motor Speedway twice, finishing 12th and 29th.(PR)(11-2-2004)
