Biagi Bros. Racing announced today that Ryan Hemphill will drive the #4 GEICO Dodge during the 2005 NASCAR Busch Series season. Hemphill comes to Biagi Bros. in collaboration with Chip Ganassi Racing and their driver development program. In addition to naming Hemphill as the driver, Biagi Bros. Racing will also be changing manufacturers to Dodge.(PR)(12-17-2004)
