Speed Channel reached an agreement with New Millenium Studios to air Black Wheels, a one-hour film exploring the history of African-Americans in motor sports, beginning in Monday, Feb. 6 at 9:00pm/et. The special will re-air during Daytona Speedweeks on Feb. 12 at 5:00pm/et.
