Roush Racing has announced that 20 year-old Canadian Peter Shepherd will drive the #6 Scotts Miracle-Gro Ford F-150 in the Truck Series race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Saturday, September 23. Shepherd will make his third truck series start of his career and the 2006 season, but his first in the #6 Ford. Shepherd was named the driver after teammate David Ragan was entered in the NASCAR NEXTEL Cup and Busch Series races at Dover.(roushracing.com)(9-18-2006)
