Mike Skinner in the BDR #5 Toyota has six poles in 2006; his last a week ago at NHIS. This is Mike Skinner’s 30th career Budweiser Pole in the Truck Series. Skinner held the Las Vegas Motor Speedway record, set in 2004, at 32.664 seconds, 165.320 mph. This is Skinner’s third consecutive pole at LVMS. Skinner is the first series driver to win three consecutive poles at two different tracks.
