EM Motorsports owner John Carter announced that Joe Nemechek will be in the #08 Dodger at Michigan International Speedway in August, Nemechek’s second effort for EM Motorsports which plan to enter the #08 in a number of races remaining on the 2007 schedule, while preparing for a full schedule in 2008.
