Chase Miller is still grinning after his first career Nationwide Series top-10 finish two weeks ago. The 21-year-old Gillett Evernham Motorsports driver plans to repeat that performance at Lowe’s Motor Speedway this weekend. Miller’s eighth-place finish at Darlington came in just his ninth-career start, and third of 2008. This weekend, the Canton, Ga. native’s #19 Dodge Charger carries Verizon Wireless/Motorola sponsorship. Miller and the Kevin Kidd-led team posted the second-fastest time during the recent NNS test at LMS. And, GEM teammate Kasey Kahne won the All-Star Race while his other teammate, Elliott Sadler, earned the Showdown pole. Kidd, who normally serves as Team Engineer on the #19 Dodge for Elliott Sadler, will be pulling double duty this weekend as Miller’s Team Director.(GEM PR)(5-21-2008)
