Bliss still looking for 2010 ride:

The recent fortunes of Mike Bliss have proven quite the opposite to his surname. Since being fired as the driver for Phoenix Racings # 1 NASCAR Nationwide Series team in June, times have indeed been anything but blissful. Bliss continues to make select Cup starts in Phoenix Racing #09 Sprint Cup entry but doesnt expect that to continue in 2010. The veteran driver has started each of the four Nationwide races since losing his ride but has a best finish of 15th over that stretch. As for the team and series where Bliss will race in 2010, he says he doesnt know. Bliss will compete in the Nationwide Series for a fourth straight race this weekend in the #87 Nemco Motorsports entry owned by Joe and Andrea Nemechek. All Im doing over here is start-and-park stuff for Joe Nemechek, which really sucks because I think Im ninth in points now, said the 44-year-old Bliss. Joes just trying to help me out on that deal. Bliss says hell be in the #40 Key Motorsports Nationwide entry and the #71 TRG Motorsports Cup car next weekend at Richmond. The rest of his 2009 schedule is kind of week-to-week.(SceneDaily)(9-5-2009)
