In celebration of 70 years, the winner of the STP 500 won’t be the only one leaving Martinsville Speedway with an iconic grandfather clock trophy. One lucky ticket holder will win one as well. For each ticket purchased before March 29, fans will be entered into the Fans 500, a drawing to win the same Martinsville Grandfather Floor clock the winner takes home. Fred Lorenzen won the first clock in the spring of 1964 and the track has given one away to every NASCAR Premier Series winner since. Since 2005 every winner at the historic half-mile speedway has taken home a clock.
