Denny Hamlin grabs third Cup win of the season at Dover: Denny Hamlin essentially called his shot this week, saying on his popular weekly podcast that he absolutely expected to win Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Wurth 400 at Dover (Del.) Motor Speedway. Lap 400: 54th career win as Denny Hamlin gets the win, holding off Larson. Truex, Busch, Elliott, Gragson, Blaney, Bowman, Hemric and Gibbs the top-10.
Lap 395: 5 to go. Lapped Hocevar in front of the leaders causes Larson to lose some ground.
Lap 385: Larson is closing in on Hamlin with just 15 to go.
