I didn't see the story yet, but I hear an article in this weeks Winston Cup Scene mentions that Lowes will not return to the #31 Richard Childress Chevy in 2000. Also will not sponsor any car/team in 2000. I guess they are concentrating on the Lowes Motor Speedway
