#7-Kyle Busch won the FR8 208 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at EchoPark Speedway. The win is his nine at Atlanta and the 68th win of his career.
The race was cut short due to adverse conditions because of earlier rain and the scheduled start of the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race.
#77-Carson Hocevar was second, followed by #17-Gio Ruggiero, #99-Ben Rhodes, #1-Corey Heim.
Rhodes won stage one, led the most laps of the race with 70 out front, but ran out of fuel two laps from the conclusion of stage two. He fell one lap down before recovering to a top-five finish.
Daytona winner #38-Chandler Smith was sixth, followed by pole-sitter, #98-Jake Garcia, #62-John Hunter Nemechek, #45-Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., and #16-Justin Haley were the remainder of the top-10.
There were 14 lead changes among five drivers and three caution flags for 18 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 131.027mph.

Lap 125: Busch with the win over Hocevar, Ruggiero, Rhodes and Heim
Lap 124: White flag lap
Lap 123: Stenhouse down low with Busch up high.
Lap 122: One minute due to the time cutoff. Busch leads Stenhouse.
Lap 119: Stenhouse makes the move and he goes to the front. Rhodes looks like he will make a move but Busch bombs by to the lead.
Lap 118: Friesen on the low lane now hooked up with Stenhouse and Rhodes.
Lap 113: Intense racing out front. Busch still leads the outside lane with Hocevar. Friesen low hooked up with team truck Nemechek. Lead keeps going back and forth by inches at the line.
Lap 108: Friesen on the inside lane with Ruggiero behind him. Busch has the outside with Hocevar. Busch’s lane leads.
Lap 107: Restart as Busch leads Hocevar, Garcia, Friesen, Heim, Ruggiero, Perez, Riggs, Dye, Nemechek

Lap 101: CAUTION Wright gets into Cole Butcher. Sutton gets into him; his truck is destroyed

Lap 88: Back to green for Friesen
Lap 85: Friesen leads them down pitroad. He takes NO tires. Heim follows on exit. He took two. Most others take 4. Perez, Garcia, Smith, Ruggiero, Busch, Stenhouse follow. Rhodes is showing 23rd, one lap down.
Lap 80: Hard push by Stenhouse and Hocevar at the end but Friesen gets the win.
Lap 78: Rhodes out of gas. Friesen to the lead.
Lap 70: 10 to go. Rhodes holds the lead.
Lap 65: Rhodes still leads with Friesen close behind. Smith, Stenhouse, Garcia the top-5.
Lap 59: Majeski appears to have gotten into the wall. Same for Honeycutt.
Lap 54: Rhodes to the front with Friesen behind in the outside lane. Majski pushing Friesen as well. Hocevar leading the low lane
Lap 52: Perez leads the low lane with Ruggiero behind.
Lap 48: Restart
Lap 44: Pitstops under yellow, Rhodes out first with two tires. Busch, Friesen – 2 tires – Perez, Majeski… Heim wins stage one but exits 10th.
Lap 39: Heim pulls ahead on the high side with Rhodes behind him. Busch ends up third in the stage.
Lap 38: Busch bombs by three trucks to take the lead on the inside.
Lap 37: Heim to the lead over Heim
Lap 36: Busch pulls to the lead but Rhodes has steals it back on the high lane
Lap 35: Gray spins but the field stays green.
Lap 20: 10 to go in stage 1. Rhodes leads Majeski, Busch and Heim has climbed through the field in a hurry. He started 20th.
Lap 19: Enfinger pits with a flat after contact
Lap 15: Halfway in stage 1. Rhodes maintains the lead over Majeski, Busch, Perez, Friesen now in the top-5.
Andretti spins but saves it
Lap 5: There’s now a breakaway with the leaders. Rhodes, Majeski, Busch, Perez. High lane appears to be the way to go early.
Lap 4: Eckes pulls behind the wall into the garage area with a broken driveshaft
Lap 3: Still 2 very competitive lanes as Rhodes pulls the high lane, barely, ahead of Garcia’s low lane.

ThorSport Racing teammate #99-Ben Rhodes will start second, followed by #7-Kyle Busch, #18-Tyler Ankrum, #42-Ricky Stenhouse, Jr., #13-Cole Butcher, #88-Ty Majeski, #5-Adam Andretti in his series debut, #44-Andres Perez, and #17-Gio Ruggiero in the top-10.
Ruggiero did not attempt a run in the final round due to a tire rub. If the team changes tires or alters body work, the adjustments would be unapproved and he’d drop to the rear for the start.
Reigning champion #1-Corey Heim will start 20th.
