Stewart-Haas Racing tweeted Friday afternoon that ‘Johnny Klausmeier, engineer on the #41 car, will serve as crew chief’ on Thursday and Friday because [Tony Gibson] is back home in NC with his wife as she is under the weather. He plans to be @TXMotorSpeedway Saturday for the race.
