Sauter, who turned 40 on May 1, held off fellow 40-something Matt Crafton to win Friday’s JEGS 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Dover International Speedway-but not until Sauter won an intense struggle against pole winner Noah Gragson, whose race ended on the next-to-last lap of regulation when his No. 18 Toyota backed hard into the outside wall. - Sauter wins Dover truck race Truck race: #21-Johnny Sauter won the JEGS 200 Camping World Truck Series race at Dover International Speedway on Friday. Sauter and #18-Noah Gragson were racing for position with two laps remaining, but Gragson bounced off of Sauter and lost control, spinning and slamming the outside wall. That set the field up for an overtime finish. On the restart #88-Matt Crafton held the low lane but had nothing for Sauter, who drove by on the outside to take the win, his second of the season.
