- Stewart-Haas Racing will shut down at the end of 2024. Josh Berry, Noah Gragson, Chase Briscoe and Ryan Preece are looking for new rides. The team will sell three charters. One has been sold to Front Row. The others are expected to go to Trackhouse and RFK Racing. Gene Haas will keep one charter and will operate the No. 41 with Cole Custer driving.
- Riley Herbst is favored to drive a third 23XI car, but the plans for that team seem to have fallen apart.
- Zane Smith will not return to Trackhouse. He is rumored to be in contention for a ride at Front Row.
- There have been rumors that Kaulig Racing could merge or be sold to Trackhouse Racing.
- Bubba Wallace is expected to return to 23XI Racing.
