#11-Kaden Honeycutt dominated and won the RacetoStopSuicide.com 200 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway on Saturday. The win was his third of the season, first at Kansas, and the third of his career.
#11-Honeycutt started from the fourth position and took the lead on lap 1 before going on to win the opening stages. A rain delay halted action for over four and a half hours. When back to green, it wa much the same for Honeycutt. In total, he led 111 laps of the 134.
The win moved Honeycutt into the lead in the playoff point standings by 37 over #34-Layne Riggs. Riggs was running second to Honeycutt but drifted too high trying to gain ground and slapped the wall just two laps from the finish. He ended the race 19th.
#18-Tyler Ankrum, #9-Grant Enfinger, and #88-Ty Majeski were other playoff drivers that had trouble throughout the race.
#91-Christian Eckes finished second followed by #5-Brent Crews, #19-Daniel Hemric, #99-Ben Rhodes, #38-Chandler Smith, #1-Nick Letiz, #15-Tanner Gray, #98-Jake Garcia, and #10-Corey LaJoie complete the top-10.
There were nine lead changes among five drivers and seven caution flags for 47 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 92.996mph.

Lap 134: Honeycutt with the win at Kansas. Moves into points lead. Eckes, Crews, Hemric, Rhodes, Smith, Leitz, Gray, Garcia, LaJoie the top-10. Ruggiero 17th, Riggs, 19th, Ankrum, 25th, Majeski, 29th, Enfinger, 31st.
Lap 133: Honeycutt leads Eckes who inherits 2nd. He trails over a second.
Lap 133: Riggs trying to gain speed to catch Honeycutt gets into the wall.
Lap 131: Trouble now for Sanchez as he too slows on track.
Lap 130: Ankrum has issues within the top-5. Left front tire issue. Pitting under green.
Lap 129: Honeycutt leads with Riggs a truck-length behind. Ankrum, Eckes, Gray now follow.
Lap 127: Honeycutt leads them to the restart from the inside with Eckes behind him. Riggs outside with Gray behind him.

Lap 123: CAUTION Enfinger bounces off of the wall. Honeycutt drives by in the low lane to take the lead.
Lap 121: Restart with Dye on the bottom, Tyrrell outside. Riggs shoots up from the bottom and makes it 3-wide for a second before jumping to the lead. Honeycutt follows and runs second as they cross the line
Lap 118: Leaders pit under yellow. 2 tires for Riggs, he’s out fastest. Gray, Enfinger follow. Honeycutt takes 4, he comes out in fourth. Eckes, Smith, Ruggiero follow on exit. Dye, Tyrrell stayed out. They will lead for the restart.
Lap 116: CAUTION Lewis spins with heavy front end damage
Lap 115: 20 to go in Kansas. Honeycutt leads by 1.315-seconds

Lap 99: Honeycutt leads them down pitroad under the yellow. He maintains on exit. Riggs follows over Perez, Eckes, Enfinger, Ankrum, Smith, Ruggiero, Poole and Hemric
Lap 96: CAUTION Costner spins through the infield grass and the soaked grass destroys the truck
Lap 92: Ankrum holds on after contact from Poole. Honeycutt continues to lead Riggs by a second.
Lap 89: Majeski forced to pit under green for fresh tires after the contact with Eckes a few laps ago when they ran 3-wide. Will also have commitment line violation for his stop.

Lap 69: Under yellow for the incident and rain begins. Enfinger leads RHodes, Honeycutt, LaJoie, Tyrrell.
Lap 65: CAUTION multiple trucks involved. Green slow on the restart. Leitz, Friesen, Honeyman also involved. Enfinger now leads Rhodes, Honeycutt.
Lap 65: Restart as Rhodes leads from the outside, Enfinger inside. He jumps to the front.
Lap 61: Pits open. Honeycutt leads them down. Riggs follows. Eckes fatest off over Honeycutt, Ruggiero, Hemric, Majeski. Riggs pulls away before his stop complete. Has to backup to get all lugs tightened. Rhodes stayed out. He now leads Enfinger, LaJoie, Tyrrell, Queen. Eckes first truck to pit is 10th.
Lap 56: Pits closed with a few drops falling around the track.
Lap 54: CAUTION trouble for Hall in the same spot. Stage 2 comes to a close. Honeycutt with another win.
Lap 51: Eckes loses second to Riggs. He’s now over 4-tenths behind
Lap 50: Riggs back to Honeycutt; he holds onto it as Eckes now moves into second.
Lap 49: Honeycutt with slight contact on Riggs and back to the lead.
Lap 48: Restart. Riss slide down in front of Honeycutt to the lead.
Lap 47: Honeycutt chooses the outside. Riggs will restart in the low lane. Eckes behind Honeycutt. Ruggiero behind Riggs. Rain is about 10 minutes out, per reports.
Lap 45: Chase drivers peppered throughout the field. Honeycutt, Riggs, Eckes, Ruggiero top-4. Hemric, 6th. Ankrum, 8th. Smith, 15th. Enfinger, 18th. Majeski, 19th. Rhodes, 21st. – Majeski, Rhodes among those to pit however.
Lap 44: CAUTION. As Riggs eyes a pass for the lead, Hall spins bringing out the yellow.
Lap 37: Restart as Honeycutt leads from the high side.
Lap 34: Smith hits a tire off of Crews and will pit for interfering with another team’s stop.
Lap 32: Honeycutt leads them down for stops. Honeycutt fastest out over Ruggiero, Sanchez, Eckes. Slow stop for Smith on exit.
Lap 30: Stage 1 complete as Honeycutt wins it. Ruggiero is 2nd, 2 seconds back. Riggs, Sanchez, Majeski, Eckes, Hemric, Crews, Rhodes, Enfinger, Smith, Perez, Ankrum – top-13 for all Chase drivers.
Lap 20: 10 to go in stage one. Honeycutt continues to lead the field. All Chase drivers remain in the top-14. Kris Wright is 12 laps down, the last truck in the field after having an oil pump issue. Conor Daly is 28th, last truck on the lead lap.

Goodyear Tire Notes: Craftsman Truck Series teams will also run a familiar Goodyear Racing Eagle setup this weekend. The combination has been used at Texas Motor Speedway and Michigan International Speedway, while the left-side tire has been used twice more this season. Craftsman Truck Series teams will also use inner liners at Kansas, as is customary on tracks one mile and longer.
