#2-Jesse Love won the season-opening United Rentals 300 Xfinity Series race at Daytona International Speedway. Love took the white flag as the leader as drivers in the pack wrecked coming across the finish line. Love led 30 laps, pushing Richard Childress Racing’s record to wins in four straight Daytona races in February.
#41-Sam Mayer finished runner-up in his debut with Haas Factory Team. #00-Sheldon Creed placed third, with #1-Carson Kvapil and #54-Raylot Gray rounding out the top five.
#25-Harrison Burton, #32-Jordan Anderson, #26-Dean Thompson, #51-Jeremy Clements and #07-Patrick Emerling filled out the rest of the top 10.
#21-Austin Hill won the opening two stages and led a race-high 56 laps before having a rear-gear issue during the final stage.
There were 24 lead changes among 11 drivers and eight cautions for 39 yellow flag laps.
The average speed of the race was: 123.301 mph.

Lap 126: #2-Love takes the checkered flag. #41-Mayer, #00-Creed, #1-Kvapil and #54-Gray round out the top five. #25-Burton, #32-Anderson, #26-Thompson, #51-Clements and #07-Emerling complete the top 10.
Lap 125: #7-Allgaier got turned in the middle of the pack, causing another melee. #11-Williams, #27-Burton, #39-Sieg, #42-Alfredo, #53-Gase and #24-Truex  were all involved. #2-Love was out front and took the white flag to score his second career victory.
Lap 120: The race has gone into overtime with the first overtime going green at Lap 124.
