The Performance Racing Network (PRN) announced the launch of ‘Racing Home’ with Wendy Venturini and her expanded role with the network for 2014. The new web series that will debut January 30 on GoPRN.com and iTunes will feature behind-the-scenes interviews focusing on the NASCAR family and its members. Venturini knows a thing or two about being a part of the NASCAR family and has been around the sport since she was young, following her father as he competed in the NSCS and the ARCA Re/Max Series. In addition to her NASCAR family roots, Venturini also boasts a long and impressive resume covering the sport for DirecTV, SPEED, FoxSports1 and PRN. In addition to hosting ‘Racing Home’ Venturini will expand her role with PRN even further in 2014 by co-anchoring the NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) broadcasts for PRN from Atlanta Motor Speedway, Bristol Motor Speedway, Charlotte Motor Speedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway and will also become the first female to co-anchor a NSCS broadcast when she does so during the Sylvania 300 from New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Sept.(PRN)
