Race updates:
Checkered flag for Denny Hamlin. He locks himself into the Round of 12. Briscoe finishes second.
White flag for Hamlin. He’s lead is steady.
Lap 236 – Five laps to go. Hamlin still with a solid lead. He’s ahead of Briscoe by 1.9 seconds. Elliott back to 2.6 seconds back.
Lap 231 – Ten laps remaining. Hamlin’s lead over Briscoe is 1.6 seconds. Third place Elliott is 2 seconds back.
Lap 226 – Fifteen laps remaining: Hamlin, Briscoe, Elliott, Blaney, Logano, Nemechek, Wallace, Bell, Keselowski and Buescher. Hamlin’s lead is 1.4 second.
Lap 220 – Hamlin’s lead over Briscoe is .75 second. Elliott up to third, then Blaney and Logano.
Lap 217 – Hamlin now the leader with Briscoe second. Keselowski falls to third.
Lap 216 – Green flag with 25 laps remaining. Keselowski leads.
Lap 213 – On the restart it will be Keselowski (he’s trying to stretch fuel), Hamlin, Briscoe, Logano, Elliott, Bell, Buescher, Gibbs, Nemechek, and Busch.
Lap 211 – Pit road is open. Again, a mix of strategies. McDowell, Byron, Larson Wallace, Cindric and others come in.  Keselowski stays out. SVG off first but too fast on pit road.  Then ADillon with 2 tires. Bowman was also too fast on pit road.
Lap 209 – CAUTION for Ty Gibbs into the wall in turn 2.
Lap 208 – Blaney pits  from the lead and Keselowski goes out front. McDowell is behind him. They likely need to pit.  Byron is third, then Larson and Wallace.
Lap 203 – Gibbs pits and Blaney takes the lead.
Lap 202 – Elliott pits and Gibbs is the leader.
Lap 200 – Green flag stops are underway. Elliott leads Bell, Gibbs, Blaney and Busch.
Lap 198 – Now Logano comes to pit road. Elliott takes the lead.

Lap 182 – Hamlin leads Logano by .34 seconds. Then Elliott, Bell, Gibbs, Nemechek, Blane, Buescher, Briscoe and Busch.  Wallace is 17th, Larson up to 19th. Most of the field still needs another pit stop.
Lap 16 – Back to green with 79 laps remaining. Hamlin leads Logano, Nemechek, Elliott and Buescher. Wallace restarts 22nd, Larson 29th.
Lap 160 – Larson has to come back down pit road. The diffuser flap came down on the rear of the car.
Lap 159 – Pit road is open.  Wallace and a few others come down. Wallace could not get the car out of gear on the restart causing him to lose several spots. Larson, Bowman, Cindric and others are in as well. This could be the last stop for all of them.
Lap 157 – CAUTION is out. SVG spins and makes light contact with the wall.. Hamlin got the lead on the restart, then Logano, Elliott, Nemechek, and Wallace.
Lap 156 – Back to green.  Wallace still leads. Then Larson, Logano, Hamlin, and Bell.
Lap 153 – Pit road is open. Most stay out.
Lap 150 – CAUTION for debris in turn three.
Lap 148 – Back to green for the start of the final stage. 93 laps remaining. Wallace, Logano, Larson, Bell, Hamlin, Elliott, Nemechek, Chastain, Cindric and Buescher the top 10.
Lap 144 – Drivers that stayed out last time pit. Wallace, Logano, Larson, Bell and Hamlin now the top 5.

Lap 136 – Pit road is open.Most of the field comes down for service. Off pit road: Wallace, Logano, Hamlin, Bell, Larson, Chastain, Nemechek. Too fast on pit road: McDowell. Bowman with a slow start. He will restart 27th.
Lap 135 – CAUTION out for a spin by Blaney in turn 4 after Larson got into his left rear.
Lap 126 – Fifteen laps left in stage 2. Wallace still in control, 3.6 seconds ahead of Logano.
Lap 111 – Thirty laps remaining in stage 2. Wallace leads Logano by 3.2 seconds.  Then Hamlin, Bell, Blaney, Bowman, Larson, Nemechek, Chastain, and Cindric.
Lap 95 – Wallace leads Logano by 1 second.  Then Hamlin, Blaney and Bowman.

Lap 74 – SVG thinks he could have a tire going down. He stays out for now.

Lap 63 – Pit road open and another mix of strategies. Larson stays out, Wallace pits.  More than half the field pits. Briscoe has a slow stop.
Lap 61 – CAUTION is out for Suarez into the wall in turn 2 after contact from Briscoe.
Lap 55 – Wallace up to second.
Lap 52 – Green flag for the start of the second stage. Larson, Byron, Wallace, Smith, Elliott, Gibbs, Jones, Buescher, Logano, Hocevar the top 10.
Lap 49 – Pit road is open. Drivers that had not pitted, including Briscoe, Hamlin and Bell, come in. Larson retakes the lead over Byron.
Lap 46 – CAUTION for the end of stage 1. Briscoe wins it over Larson, Hamlin, Byron, Blaney, Wallace, Bell, Chastain, Smith, and Elliott.
Lap 43- Larson to second. Berry is officially done for the day.
Lap 42 – Green with 4 laps remaining in stage 1. Briscoe, Hamlin, Larson, Blaney, and Bell up front.
Lap 36 – CAUTION back out.  It’s an accident by Berry in turn two. He gets into the wall and will go to the garage. He’s likely done for the day. Up front, Larson has moved up to third behind Briscoe and Hamlin. Busch is the free pass.
Lap 33 – Back to green with 13 laps remaining in stage 1. Larson is restarting 11th. Briscoe takes the lead on the restart.
Lap 31 – Now Hamlin, Briscoe, Blaney, Bell, Chastain, Cindric, McDowell, Haley, Buescher and Smith the top 10.
Lap 29 – Pit road is open. Larson pits, Hamlin stays out. A variety of strategies through the field. Keselowski is off pit road first. Reddick had to pull into Hamlin’s pit stop to get a wheel tightened.
Lap 27 – CAUTION is out for a Kyle Busch spin on the backstretch.
Lap 26 – Twenty laps left in stage 1. Larson leads Hamlin by 4.7 seconds. Then Briscoe, Blaney and Bell.  Everyone still on the lead lap.
Lap 18 – Larson quickly out to a 2.8 second lead over Hamlin.
Lap 11 – Playoff drivers are in the top 9 positions. The lowest running playoff driver is Bowman in 29th.
Lap 8 – Larson takes the lead from Hamlin.
